In our day and age, mental health illnesses are extremely widespread.

World Mental Health Day is an occasion to discuss mental health in general, how to eliminate the stigma associated with it, and the significance of speaking up when dealing with a mental health problem.

Its goal is to raise awareness and educate people about mental health concerns all around the world.

More so in an unequal world ravaged by the pandemic, with people suffering from chronic illnesses, financial difficulties, and other problems.
