International No Diet Day serves as a reminder that there is no such thing as the "ideal" body type or shape, and that we should not get carried away with it. It's a global movement aimed at assisting people in developing healthier relationships with food and their bodies.
This day is commemorated by loving and caring for one's body without resorting to restrictive unhealthy diets. Unrealistic beauty standards cause people to overthink, leading to eating disorders, mental and physical stress, and even life-threatening procedures.
Accept yourself as you are, eat healthily, and exercise regularly to stay happy, fit, and healthy.
