This multi-systemic, chronic, debilitating disorder causes a wide range of symptoms, including difficulty to carry out everyday activities, excessive fatigue, and post-exercise malaise, amongst other things. All these worsen the frustration that this disease causes the sufferers. It can be difficult to cope with these symptoms daily, especially over a long period; the influence this disorder can have on a person's life is enormous. We are raising awareness for persons with ME/CFS today to enhance their quality of life and encourage more research. Wear blue to help raise awareness, learn about CFS, and share ME/CFS information with others.
