🅃🄷🄴🄼🄴: 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗮𝗽𝘀 𝗜𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘁𝗵𝗺𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲
This day is observed to raise global awareness of Asthma. While asthma cannot be cured, it can be managed to lessen and avoid asthma attacks, which are also known as episodes. This year's focus is on bridging the many gaps in asthma care that exist due to age, ethnicity, and socioeconomic position. Good communication and public enlightenment as well as asthma awareness among health care providers and policymakers can assist bridge this gap.
This year's topic challenges international respiratory communities to work together with patients, and healthcare providers to discover the problems in asthma care, as well as to help implement and share creative solutions locally and globally.
