What is health?
Health is more than just the absence of disease or disability; it is a condition of whole well-being in the physical, mental and social aspects of life. This means that health is a resource to support a person's role rather than being a goal in and of itself. We commemorate the World Health Organization's 75th anniversary and take a look back at the public health accomplishments that have enhanced quality of life over the past seven decades as we concentrate on the path to achieving Health For All, which is this year's theme. For everyone, everywhere to access optimal levels of health and well-being, the mission is to promote health, maintain global security, and assist the most vulnerable. It is also a chance to encourage action to address current and upcoming health concerns.
What can you do to commemorate this day?
-Participate in health campaigns to advocate for your right to receive high-quality medical care.
-Teach individuals how to live a healthy lifestyle by encouraging them to drink enough water, eat a balanced diet, exercise, get enough sleep, and get regular checkups.
-Use the designated hashtags to spread the Health For All message.
Start on the inside for a healthy outside.
