High blood pressure, often known as hypertension, is a medical condition that typically has no symptoms. Older age, being overweight or obese, not exercising regularly, drinking excessive amounts of alcohol, smoking, eating unhealthy foods, and eating too much salt are all risk factors for hypertension. Millions of people die from heart and blood vessel diseases, with hypertension being the leading risk factor. To educate the general people about the serious medical repercussions of uncontrolled hypertension on the brain, heart, kidneys, eyes, and blood vessels, as well as the significance of routine blood pressure checks, we raise awareness of this disease today. It can result in cardiac attacks, heart failure, stroke, kidney failure, and blindness if left untreated.
