Unrealistic and unachievable body standards have caused concerns with people's mental and physical health all around the world. Many people turn to drastic weight loss techniques as a result of the pressure to meet society's ideals of beauty and obtain a specific body type. This pressure has led to eating disorders, bullying, unhealthily restricted diets, and low self-esteem for a large number of people. However, these diets and weight-loss procedures can be detrimental to physical and emotional health.

To encourage a healthy lifestyle, people need to develop healthier relationships between food and their bodies. They need to be made aware of the life-threatening potential of eating disorders and weight-loss surgery. The goal is to show that there is no typical body type or shape and support people in tackling challenging issues related to diet and body awareness. The emphasis is on promoting healthy eating, celebrating the diversity of body types, and helping individuals understand that their bodies are attractive in their unique ways.

It is far preferable to focus on leading a healthy lifestyle rather than on attempts to lose weight to look a certain way. Worry more about getting out and being active and maintaining your body's health than about meeting unattainable body standards. You deserve to enjoy life to the fullest without being restricted by diet culture. Take care of your body and yourself.

In terms of attire, the white coat was deemed to be the most suitable, followed by surgical scrubs

ROAD TO MASTERS IN THE US

jhsph.edu  ROAD TO MASTERS PROGRAM IN THE US   The first thing is deciding where you want to further your education. For me, I believe the United States stands out for various reasons   1.  Their institutions/universities are among the best in the world 2.  Unlike institutions in the UK, you do not have to pay tuition upfront. In  fact  in my case, I had come to the US, started my program and was way into my program before payment was required to register for courses for next term. I only paid acceptance fee back in Nigeria. 3.  There are scholarships available in most institutions, but they are quite competitive. Do due diligence and research on the institutions you are applying to. This is a link of available scholarships in some institutions.  4.  In lieu of scholarships there are loans available which do not require a co-signer/guarantor  like  Prodigy finance  and  Mpower     Depending on when you are making this decision , I would start from the beginning, so you can pick up f
